Get your PDF statement from Amex
Sign in to your American Express online account and open the statement list. You can download PDF copies of billing statements, including archived ones. Amex says an archived statement becomes available online within 24 hours of the request.
Amex’s export is real. Here is when you still need this
Say it plainly: if your work sits inside two years and inside your own account, use the Amex export. It produces PDF, Excel or CSV, per Amex's own FAQ on downloading transactions, and it beats any converter.
Tickvouch is for what the export does not cover. Statements older than two years arrive as PDF copies, closed card accounts are out of reach, and expense work usually means Amex PDFs an employee or client handed you. Note too that the route into Quicken, QuickBooks or CSV covers recent activity plus the past six billing statements only.
On US personal cards we do not repeat the widely-quoted seven-year archive: it is not stated on the US FAQ. Seven years is documented for Amex @Work administrators and for Amex Canada.
