Convert a Chase statement to Excel or CSV

Chase’s own export covers the last two years. Its statements cover up to seven. The converter is for the five-year difference, and for the PDFs that arrive from other people.

Tickvouch converts Chase PDF statements to CSV or Excel in the browser. The file is not uploaded. Every conversion runs a reconciliation check: opening balance plus every transaction must equal the closing balance, shown as PASS or FAIL with the arithmetic.

This is the whole tool, running on this page. The PDF is read on your machine; nothing is uploaded. Turn your internet off and convert anyway. That is the test.

Get your PDF statement from Chase

Sign in at chase.com, open the Main Menu at the top left and choose "Statements & documents". Pick the year and the account, then click the Open or Save icon next to the statement. In the app: Profile & Settings, then "Statements & documents", then Statements.

Chase’s export is good. Here is when you still need this

Credit where it is due. On desktop, Chase downloads transactions as a spreadsheet (CSV), Quicken Web Connect (QFX), Quicken or Microsoft Money (QIF), or QuickBooks Web Connect (QBO), for the last two years, per Chase's own Spending Planner help page. If you need recent data from your own open account, use that and skip this page.

Tickvouch is for what the export cannot reach: statements older than two years, closed accounts, and Chase PDFs a client, tenant or accountant sent you. You hold the document, not their login.

What Tickvouch does with it

Upload the Chase PDF statement. Tickvouch reads the transaction table and writes a clean CSV or Excel file.

Every conversion is checked: opening balance plus every transaction must equal the closing balance. You see PASS or FAIL, with the arithmetic, before you download. A FAIL is never hidden.

The file never leaves your browser. Turn off your internet and convert anyway: it still works, which is how you check that claim instead of believing it.

Text-based e-statements only. Scanned statements are not supported yet, and Tickvouch says so instead of guessing.
