Convert a Monzo statement to Excel or CSV
Monzo exports PDF, CSV and QIF over any date range you choose, with no stated history limit. If it is your own open account, use Monzo. This page is for the PDFs.
Tickvouch converts Monzo PDF statements to CSV or Excel in the browser. The file is not uploaded. Every conversion runs a reconciliation check: opening balance plus every transaction must equal the closing balance, shown as PASS or FAIL with the arithmetic.

Convert your Monzo statement here
This is the whole tool, running on this page. The PDF is read on your machine; nothing is uploaded. Turn your internet off and convert anyway. That is the test.
Drop a PDF statement here
or click to choose one. One file in, one checked spreadsheet out.
Text-based e-statements from online banking, not scans or phone photos.
The statement does not leave this tab. The PDF is read here by pdf.js, Mozilla's PDF library, and the rows are parsed on your own machine. Nothing is uploaded, because there is nowhere to upload it to.
Everything this page loads, it loads from tickvouch.com: the stylesheet, the
converter, pdf.js, and the spreadsheet writer. Once loaded, a conversion makes no
network request at all. The page also sets a Content-Security-Policy of
default-src 'self', so the browser itself refuses a request to any other
host, whatever we might write on this page.
Check it rather than take it: turn your wi-fi off and convert anyway, or open the network panel in your browser and watch while you do. No account, no card, no sign-up.
What this page is doing
A FAIL never blocks the download. You get the file and the warning, not one held hostage to the other.
Get your PDF statement from Monzo
In the app: Home, then the three dots under your card, then "Bank statements". Pick a date range and a format. For a Savings Pot: open the Pot, tap "Pot documents", then "Pot statement". Monzo says these are original documents and are usually accepted for applications like mortgages or visas, with no stamps or signatures needed.
Monzo’s export is genuinely good. Here is the gap
We are not going to invent a Monzo problem. For your own open account, the native CSV is the right tool and the right answer.
What it does not cover: a Monzo PDF a client, tenant or loan applicant sent you, where you hold the document and not the app. A closed Monzo account, where Monzo emails a password-protected statement with the password by text, and what you end up holding is still a PDF rather than a spreadsheet. And old Monzo PDFs already in your records that now need to be rows.
What Tickvouch does with it
Upload the Monzo PDF statement. Tickvouch reads the transaction table and writes a clean CSV or Excel file.
Every conversion is checked: opening balance plus every transaction must equal the closing balance. You see PASS or FAIL, with the arithmetic, before you download. A FAIL is never hidden.
The file never leaves your browser. Turn off your internet and convert anyway: it still works, which is how you check that claim instead of believing it.
Text-based e-statements only. Scanned statements are not supported yet, and Tickvouch says so instead of guessing.
Questions
Can Monzo export CSV directly?
Yes. The app exports PDF, CSV and QIF over a date range you pick. Use it for your own account; convert PDFs you received or kept from a closed account.
Are Monzo statements accepted as official documents?
Monzo says its statements are original documents and are usually accepted for applications like mortgages or visas, without stamps or signatures.
Is my statement uploaded to a server?
No. The conversion runs in your browser and the file never leaves your machine. Disconnect your internet and convert to prove it.
