Convert a Revolut statement to Excel or CSV
Revolut generates personal statements as PDF or Excel directly. If you want your own data, generate the Excel and skip this page. The gap is the PDFs, and the one statement per currency.
Tickvouch converts Revolut PDF statements to CSV or Excel in the browser. The file is not uploaded. Every conversion runs a reconciliation check: opening balance plus every transaction must equal the closing balance, shown as PASS or FAIL with the arithmetic.

Convert your Revolut statement here
This is the whole tool, running on this page. The PDF is read on your machine; nothing is uploaded. Turn your internet off and convert anyway. That is the test.

Text-based e-statements from online banking, not scans or phone photos.

What this page is doing
A FAIL never blocks the download. You get the file and the warning, not one held hostage to the other.
Get your PDF statement from Revolut
In the app: Home, tap "Accounts" below your balance, select the currency account, tap "More (...)", then "Statement". Choose the timeframe and document type, PDF or Excel, then "Generate". Business accounts can request a signed and stamped PDF; personal ones cannot, because Revolut says all its personal statements are electronically generated.
Revolut exports well. Here is when you still need this
First things first: on a personal account, Revolut hands you Excel. On business, it adds CSV, XML (Camt.053) and TXT (MT940). Both format lists come from Revolut's own help centre. For your own data, that is the shorter path.
Three cases it does not solve. A Revolut PDF someone sent you, which circulates widely as a proof document precisely because Revolut generates it electronically. Statements you archived as PDF and now need as data. And the multi-currency problem: each currency account produces its own statement, so one month can be four documents. Convert each PDF and merge the CSV files into one ledger.
What Tickvouch does with it
Upload the Revolut PDF statement. Tickvouch reads the transaction table and writes a clean CSV or Excel file.
Every conversion is checked: opening balance plus every transaction must equal the closing balance. You see PASS or FAIL, with the arithmetic, before you download. A FAIL is never hidden.
The file never leaves your browser. Turn off your internet and convert anyway: it still works, which is how you check that claim instead of believing it.
Text-based e-statements only. Scanned statements are not supported yet, and Tickvouch says so instead of guessing.
Questions
Can Revolut export Excel directly?
Yes. Personal statements generate as PDF or Excel in the app. Business accounts add CSV, XML (Camt.053) and TXT (MT940).
Why do I have several Revolut statements for one month?
Revolut issues a separate statement for each currency account. Convert each PDF and merge the CSV files.
Is my statement uploaded to a server?
No. The conversion runs in your browser and the file never leaves your machine. Disconnect your internet and convert to prove it.
