Terms of use
Tickvouch is operated by LU WEILONG, ALBERT, the owner of TICKVOUCH, a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority. Business registration number (UEN): 53523926B. Website: tickvouch.com.
What Tickvouch does. Tickvouch reads PDF bank statements in your web browser and produces CSV and Excel files. Your statement is processed on your own device. It is not uploaded to us, and we cannot see it.
What Tickvouch is not. Tickvouch converts statements. It cannot and does not edit them. It does not alter figures, dates, descriptions or balances, and it must not be used to produce a document that misrepresents an original statement. Using Tickvouch to create or assist a false or altered financial record is a breach of these terms and ends your access.
Not advice. Tickvouch is a file conversion tool. It is not accounting, tax, audit, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgement. You are responsible for checking the output before you rely on it.
The reconciliation check, and its limits. Tickvouch checks whether the opening balance plus the transactions it extracted equals the closing balance, and shows you PASS or FAIL. A PASS means the arithmetic agrees. It does not guarantee that every field is correct, and it cannot detect an error that leaves the totals intact. Rows we are unsure about are flagged. Always review your output.
Personal capacity. Tickvouch is built and operated by an individual in a personal capacity. It is not written for, reviewed by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any employer, regulator, bank or financial institution.
Payment. There is no checkout today; nothing on this site can take a payment yet. When paid credit packs launch: our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle's own terms apply to the transaction, and Paddle handles billing enquiries, taxes and refunds. Where your country requires VAT, GST or sales tax, Paddle adds it at checkout and shows you the total before you pay. We add no fee of our own.
Individual use. Tickvouch is sold to individuals for their own use. We do not offer team licences, seats, corporate invoicing or purchase orders. We do not take on custom or bespoke work, paid support tiers, or any engagement that turns a buyer into a client. Paddle is the merchant of record and issues your receipt; we do not issue invoices.
Availability. Tickvouch is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Because conversion runs in your browser, the tool continues to work while the page is open even if our site is unreachable.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the total amount paid for Tickvouch credits in the previous 12 months.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability for fraud, and any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 of Singapore or under the consumer law of the country where you live.
Changes. If we change these terms materially, the change applies from the date it is published. It does not apply retroactively to credits you have already bought.
Governing law: Singapore.
